Your First Visit
When you visit Restoration Physical Therapy in Media, PA for the first time, we start by making you comfortable and ensuring we gather a complete medical history so that we can make an informed evaluation of your injury or condition.
We then do a detailed evaluation and make a diagnosis, which we discuss with you along with our recommended program of treatment.
Be sure to arrive a few minutes early on the day of your appointment to allow time to complete essential paperwork.
You will feel more at ease in loose-fitting comfortable clothing since we will likely be delivering your first therapy at that time.
Please bring with you a list of any prescribed or over-the-counter medications that you take routinely as well as any material from your doctor.
If you normally wear corrective lenses or hearing aids, please ensure that they are in place for your visit, since maintaining clear communication with your physical therapist is important.
