Mary Ellen Dougherty

Mary Ellen Dougherty
MSPT, ATC

Mary Ellen is the owner and lead therapist at Restoration Physical Therapy in Media, PA.  She received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in Aston, Pa and has been practicing locally in Media, Pa for over 10 years.  Mary Ellen's post-graduate work has focused on the Maitland approach to manual therapy as well as completing her training in the Graston Technique.

Mary Ellen is the owner and lead therapist at Restoration Physical Therapy in Media, PA.  She received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in Aston, Pa and has been practicing locally in Media, Pa for over 10 years.  Mary Ellen's post-graduate work has focused on the Maitland approach to manual therapy as well as completing her training in the Graston Technique.  Mary Ellen's research has focused on treating patients with concussion related symptoms and she has completed extensive training in Vestibular Rehabilitation.  She is considered an expert in the area of Concussion Management and works with athletes from local sports teams.  Mary Ellen is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children in Havertown, Pa.

Keith Wobeser

Keith returned to Restoration Physical Therapy in 2013 after living in London, England for six months.  He is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years.  He travels nationally giving lectures and training other physical therapists as a Maitland Therapy Instructor and an expert in treating back pain and stenosis.

Keith returned to Restoration Physical Therapy in 2013 after living in London, England for six months.  He is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years.  He travels nationally giving lectures and training other physical therapists as a Maitland Therapy Instructor and an expert in treating back pain and stenosis. In 2000, Keith also became certified in Active Release Technique (ART).  In his spare time Keith enjoys rowing on the Schuylkill River and spending time with his wife and son.

Zachary Tiongson

Zachary Tiongson
PT, DPT

Zachary graduated from Widener University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with a passion for orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Utilizing evidence-based practice, he incorporates personalized therapeutic exercise and techniques to help each client reach their goals. Currently, he is training in the Maitland approach to physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Currently, he is training in the Maitland approach to physical therapy and rehabilitation. In his free time, Zachary enjoys going to the gym, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
